Bansari Collections was born in 2018, in a quiet workshop in Ahmedabad, with one belief — that the clothes we wear can carry our whole story without saying a word. From the looms of Banaras to the chikan artisans of Lucknow, we partner with craft families who have practiced their art for generations.
Crafted with intention.
Every piece is hand-cut, hand-embroidered, and hand-finished. We work in small batches, never in factories. We pay our artisans above market rates and ensure ethical, dignified working conditions in every workshop.

Tradition isn't preserved by being frozen — it's preserved by being worn. Our pieces blend timeless silhouettes with contemporary cuts so they live with you, not just for one occasion.
Milestones
2018
Bansari is founded in Ahmedabad with three artisans.
2020
We partner with the Banarasi weaving cooperative of Sarai Mohana.
2022
Our chikankari atelier opens in Lucknow, employing 40 women.
2024
Bansari ships to 28 countries; first physical store opens in Mumbai.
2026
Launch of the Mehfil festive line — featured in Vogue India.
